IS RAILA KSHS. 6,000 CASH TRANSFER TO POOR POSSIBLE?

  Recently former Prime Minister and ODM party leader Hon. Raila Odinga has come up with new campaign policy of assisting poor family by offering them kshs. 6,000 monthly cash transfer. However many people are asking themselves whether this program will be sustainable or its just a sweetener for wooing the voter to counter UDA hustler narrative. its worth noting that many people in Kenya live hand to mouth and this may drive voters to vote for the "baba".

   For those against this plan they believe its just political slogan just like previous promises most recently being the failed Jubilee Laptops for kids, new international stadium across the country and creation of million of jobs to youths.

 Those believe possibility of the promise cites success of  2002 Narc coalitions free primary education and jubilee cash transfer to the elderly people.
